The Texas Department of Transportation is widening the road, also known as Farm to Market Road 2275, from Pine Tree Road to White Oak Road.
Rows of flags were ripped from the ground Thursday night at a Veterans Day memorial in Tyler, leading to one man’s arrest.
Tyler police noted that no one was present when the fire occurred, and there are no security cameras at the complex to help identify a suspect.
