Trial date set for Tyler man accused of possessing child porn

A man convicted in the murder of a Tyler Taqueria restaurant owner pleaded guilty Thursday to tampering with his ankle monitor prior to the murder trial.

Authorities said no one was at the scene when crews arrived, and the property has not been lived in for years.
