Lindale police: Driver shot at officers during pursuit

A man convicted in the murder of a Tyler Taqueria restaurant owner pleaded guilty Thursday to tampering with his ankle monitor prior to the murder trial.

A judge set the date for a Tyler man accused of possessing child pornography Wednesday morning.

Authorities said no one was at the scene when crews arrived, and the property has not been lived in for years.
