Colten Sneed

Colten Sneed is the future assignments manager and Red Zone producer for KLTV/KTRE. Colten is a 2015 graduate of Mineola High School and 2017 graduate of Tyler Junior College. Before coming to KLTV/KTRE, he worked in his hometown for 99.9 KMOO Radio. There he started at age 15 hosting the buy, sale, trade show "The KMOO General Store." He eventually worked his way up to being the sports producer and eventually news director. He then had a brief stint with KLTV/KTRE as a production assistant where he operated the cameras and ran audio for newscasts. Colten then transitioned into the medical field where he worked for UT Health East Texas EMS as an EMT and Christus Trinity Mother Frances Emergency Room as an ER Technician. During his time on the ambulance and in the ER, he worked through the COVID-19 Pandemic. In March of 2022, Colten returned for his second stint with KLTV/KTRE.

Colten is married to his high school sweetheart Claire. They live in Mineola with their daughter, Tatum.
