Zorrie Jones
Zorrie Jones is a journalist passionate about telling stories that connect with the communities she serves. She is dedicated to highlighting resilience, elevating local voices, and bringing warmth and authenticity to every story. A Houston native, Zorrie earned her degree in Radio, Television, and Film from Texas Southern University. She began her career at KTRK-TV ABC 13 in Houston as a Video Editor before joining KPRC-TV NBC 2 as a Content Gatherer. Now in Tyler, Zorrie is excited to work as a multimedia journalist, telling the stories that matter most to East Texas and connecting with the people and communities that make the region special. Outside the newsroom, Zorrie enjoys traveling and discovering great local food.
